●To change out blades: remove screws and brackets from the end of the cutter arms, remove old blade with caution, cafully insert new blade into the slots in the cutter arms (blade facing away from the screws), then reattach the screws and brackets to hold the blade in place.

All Purpose Leather Strap Cutter. Cuts strips from 0.25" up to 4" wide, adjusts manually. A must have for making belts, straps, strips, and more! We use this same cutter right here in store to cut many of our strips. Includes one blade, blade refill packs are available for sale separately.
