Garnet 80A+ is a natural mineral product known for its natural hardness, longevity and abrasive properties. The grain structure and very high hardness allows for a higher speed machining compared to other abrasives. Will not break as it is one of the hardest and most resistant minerals in the world. Thanks to the low abrasive consumption, the use of Garnet significantly reduces stripping costs. In fact, the Garnet has a high cutting speed, i.e. a high number of grains acts on the surface. Depending on the operating conditions, this results in a higher stripping speed (+50%), a lower abrasive consumption (-66%), and consequently higher productivity than using traditional abrasives. PERFORMANCE AND RECYCLABLE: Due to its high strength, low friability, high density, Garnet does not generate or little dust and can be recycled several times (5 to 10 times), while maintaining superior stripping quality. Its sub-angular character allows it to perform performance work while leaving a sufficient, uniform surface roughness, without gaps or accumulations, eliminating abrasive inclusions. Garnet does not contain heavy metals and toxic components, it meets all safety and professional health requirements. It contains less than 0.3% free silica. The landfill is subject to the same regulations as any other Garnet abrasive on the market. In addition, the Garnet is non-hygroscopic: it does not absorb moisture. Storage is easy.
