How do I unclog the nozzle if I cant print filament?

You can find tutorials for unclogging and replacing the hot end of the nozzle on YouTube by searching for "ENTINA 3D"

What operating systems are supported by the printers?

The Tina 2 printer is completely open source and supports windows, MAC and Linux operating systems, while the slicing software for different operating systems can be downloaded from our ENTINA 3D official website.

What should I do if the model wont stick to the platform when printing?

Clogging can also cause the model not to stick, at the same time need to pay attention to the model to the platform gap should not be too large, can be adjusted through the Z-axis offsets to solve this problem

The extruder clicking and no filament come out of extruder, what is the problem and how to solve?

Filament has not loaded into extruder, making out chug noise, more likely the nozzle is clogged or filament guide tube is not properly installed. Check the guide tube joint first, if the guide tube is normal, refer to Q1 for resolution.
