1. Strip wire

  • Our terminal has been pre-processed, you can directly cut off the insulation layer at the interface.

2. Tighten the wire harness

  • Insert the wire harness into the heat shrink tubing and use a wire crimping tool to crimp it.

3. Heat

  • Heat the shrink tubing with a heat gun or a lighter.

4. The hot melt adhesive shrinks

  • Heating to adhere the hot melt adhesive closely to the wire harness completes the wiring.
