JICO got its start manufacturing record needles, and we currently have approximately 2,000 models (compatible with roughly 30 manufacturers). We perform integrated manufacturing of all models in single stylus units. A single record stylus requires a minimum of 2 parts, up to as many as 45, and each one is individually hand-assembled by skilled employees worthy of being called craftsmen. The tools, jigs, and inspection equipment required for this manufacturing process are all custom designed and manufactured in-house, and they are essential to maintaining high quality across our wide product range.
