Why is this pool light bulb not working or broken？
- Because this pool light bulb is 120V and doesnt support 12V (Please search for 12V: B09X2FRX26), if your voltage is 12V, this pool bulb wont work or be damaged; Please check your voltage before purchasing it.
- Another reason is that water entering your light fixture can cause a short circuit and damage the pool bulb. Before replacing the pool bulb, please purchase a new gasket to avoid leakage.
- Our light bulb is 45W, please ensure that your transformer can drive it.
- Please check for poor contact caused by incorrect installation.
Why is this remote control not working?
Because the metal shell of the pool light fixture and water can weaken the transmission of electromagnetic waves, thereby affecting the distance of use of the remote control, If the remote control doesnt work, please place it as close to the pool light as possible, and it is recommended to extend the antenna and immerse it in the water.
