The METALLIQ series from Thermal Hero is a liquid metal compound made of gallium-indium with extremely high cooling performance, which has a very low thermal resistance in combination with high thermal conductivity. The advantage of using METALLIQ liquid metal paste is the rapid heat dissipation at very high CPU or ambient temperatures.
