Description

NecksGen head and neck restraints are designed and made in the USA, using the latest carbon fiber composite Dupont material. Not only are these materials lightweight, but they are extremely strong. All NecksGen head and neck restraints have passed the mandated SFI 38.1 testing procedures. Due to the innovative features of the design, the NecksGen head REV product line does not require bulky frontal yokes that can cause pressure points on the collarbones and chest area. The REV medium 3 inch device will work with 2 or 3 inch wide shoulder harnesses. Included with the device is quick disconnect helmet hardware to work with any racing helmet, and all the tools and instructions necessary to install them. SA2015 helmets are the easiest to install, as the quick releases simply screw into the bushings that are pre-bonded into the helmets in induestry standard locations.
Comfort is key! The NecksGen REV is very comfortable for most drivers due to its small footprint, and how it is designed to ride on the soft tissue on your back/shoulders, and not on top of your collarbones and chest. The F.R. padding is easily removeable and washable with soap and water.

Comfortable and easy to use

The NecksGen REV is a compact, "backpack style" device that sits on your back and shoulders, as opposed to the traditional yoke style devices that put pressure on your collarbones and chest. Because of its small size, and easy to use quick disconnect hardware, the device can easily be clicked in and out of your helmet, or some drivers even prefer to simply leave it connected and remove both at the same time. A simple pull of the red tether releases the connection to the helmet, and connecting it again is a simple tab and slot design that you can do with one hand.

REV Sizing

To determine the right size REV for you, refer to the chart to the left. The measurements shown are the inside diameter of the part where your neck will be. Measure the diamater of your neck, and choose whichever device is larger than the diamater of your neck. Be sure to take into account that if you wear a thick (8+) layer racing suit, you should account for this extra thickness. The small size is intended to be worn by youth drivers.
