You want it to be on its highest heat setting in order for the patch to adhere properly to the item. DO NOT USE STEAM DURING APPLICATION. 2.Place your embroidery patch in the desired place. 3.Place a thin cloth over the front of the patch. 4.Place the iron straight down for 30 seconds. Apply constant pressure. DO NOT MOVE THE IRON BACK AND FORTH. 5.Flip and repeat steps 3 and 4. 6.Let it cool and youre done! SEW-ON: 1.Pin the patch in place while taking care to keep it flat against the fabric. 2.Snip off a 15 to 20 inch length of thread. 3.Choose the embroidery needle strong enough for the fabric that you are working on. 4.Start on the underside of the fabric and push the needle into the fabric and up through the patch. 5.To make the first stitch, push the needle back through the patch to the underside of the fabric. 6.Continue stitching along the edges of the patch. 7.You can also use a sewing machine. Please Note: The embroidery patch cannot be applied on plastic, waterproof material, or any hard fabric or cases (there is a risk of falling off). In this case, consider sewing along the edges to secure the embroidery patch. Do not iron the embroidery patch on delicate clothes, or any material that can be damaged under extreme heat, such as leather, satin or nylon.
