The orientation is 100% to the south and 80-85% to the east/west.lt is not recommended to face the north. The angle varies according to different regions, and the effciency to the south is about 20-30%

5.What is the difference between the nominal output of the solarpanel and the actual output?

The nominal maximum output power (rated output) of the solar cell is a value calculated by JIS (Japan Industrial Standards Survey) in apredetermined "standard state". The “standard state" means that the solar cell module has a surface temperature of 25­°C and a solar intensity of 1000 w/m2.

The actual output is generally lower than the nominal maximumoutput power for the following reasons:

a. Inherent error

b. Installation environment

c. Characteristics of solar cells

d. Panel surface is dirty

e. Power generation is reduced due to energy loss.

In fact, when we run a solar power system, even on a sunny day, the output power is only about 70 ~ 85% of the rated power. Therefore,the actual output power is about 80% of the rated power.
