"White Men Cant Jump" players must attempt to make it into the Slam City Tournament, the ultimate in street ball play. It costs $5,000 to enter, however, and players start out with only $500 loaned to them from the BREAKLEG BROS, two unforgiving loan sharks. Hoopsters must hit the court and win games to hustle the remaining cash.
