How to Oil the Cluth that make it more long-Lasting?

  1. Remove the Chain from the Clutch. Please ensure all the right tools in place and also your go-kart is in the position where you can easily access the chain and clutch.
  2. Remove the Clutch from the Go-Kart. Please check how your clutch is secured. Remove the set screws of the clutch and/or the bolt and washer from the crankshaft.
  3. Apply Oil around the Bushing Only apply oil to the brass bushing, which is in contact with the clutch drum. You dont need to dismantle the clutch or remove the clutch drum. Dont lubricate the ventilation holes of the clutch.
