8 Chrome End Caps for 1960s Vintage Trumpet Style Mufflers The Product: 8 chrome end caps for 1960s vintage trumpet style mufflers. These are 4.5" long and the inside diameter where it connects to the body is a little larger than 2 3/4". The inside diameter where it trumpets out is about 1 1/2". We purchased several boxes of these. Research: These came from a buyout of Dixie Distributing/Dixie International. They are labeled with M34 but we could not find any information on them. Layout of pictures: The first picture shows everything included in this listing. The next three pictures show the end caps from various angles. The last picture shows the packaging with M34. Condition: Most of these are in decent shape. There may be some minor blemishes. As you can see in one of the pictures, the insides has surface rust. These have been sitting for over 50 years.
