How to properly connect the car hood light strip?

1. Test ACC fuse

2. Connect the red wire to the ACC fuse

3. Connect the black wire to the negative battery terminal or ground

If you cant find the ACC fuse, you can replace it with a fuse that has no voltage when the car is off and voltage when it is on, such as cigarette lighter fuse, daytime running light fuse, etc.

Note: Do not use the red wire to connect the positive battery terminal, that will work, but when the car is off the light will not go out, which will consume battery power.
