Shake balloon to spread the confetti evenly, use a cloth or towel to rub around the balloons, or you can rub the confetti balloon on the carpet. This will create static & the confetti will stick to the side of the balloon. Repeat this step few times until you have a beautiful confetti balloon. Please note that conditions such as humidity and temperature can affect how well the confetti will stick on the balloon.
