The balloons in this kit are made of quality latex; 6 are rose gold in color, 6 contain sparkling confetti. The 15 tassels come with wire ties for attaching them to a single line. Tissue paper pom poms come in 3 sizes and 2 different colors. Garland is 6.5 feet long and made of rose gold paper discs (each 2” in diameter). How to Get the Most from Your Decor Kit
For your peace of mind, we recommend assembling and installing the decorations a day before your scheduled event. The 12 latex balloons in this kit can be inflated with either air or helium. The tassels come with wire ties, for attaching them to a line for hanging.
It takes a few minutes to assemble each tissue paper pom pom. To assemble: First tie a string around the middle of the flattened tissue paper pom pom, then open one half and gently peel back each layer of tissue paper. After both halves have been opened and all layers of tissue paper have been peeled back, use your hands to gently fluff and shape the pom pom as you see fit. After the party’s over, you can easily disassemble the pom poms and store them for future use.
