Trouble Shooting Steps:

1. Mic is not working/people cant hear me?
Step 1: Please use the little clip comes in the package to fix the wire on cloth and near mouth for clear quality calling.
Step 2: Please make sure you using the earphone and your device in a good network environment for clear consistent sound.

2. Sound is too low?
Step 1: Please slide the little panel on the wired controls to adjust to a appropriate volume when listening or calling.

3. Earphones stops working?
Step 1: Try clean the bottom port and the earphone connector before plugging into device for better connection.
Step 2: Do not twist the wire frequently to prolong the life spend of the earbuds.
Step 3: When not using earphones, place it back to the zipper case to properly storage it to avoid damages.

3. Does not work/incompatible with computer?
Step 1: Check the ports of the pc/laptop before ordering. This earbuds only works for standard USB port, wont fit USB C port.

4. Earbuds falls off easily?
Step 1: Replace the silicone eartips to a S or L size that comes in the packaging for better fitting.
Step 2: If you dont like the in-ear design earbuds and feel uncomfortable, buy a half in-ear design earbuds instead.
