The radiator pressure tester pressurizes the reservoir/cap and observes whether the pointer decreases over time to confirm system leakage. The cooling system pressure tester kit uses a vacuum pump to extract air and create a vacuum, which sucks the coolant into the cooling system. Add coolant under vacuum environment, there is no large cavitation, avoid engine warping and other damage.

●Easy to Operate: First use a stainless steel thermometer with index range 0 to 200℃ (32 to 400℉)to measure the tank temperature. Then attach a suitable adapter and install it in the tank, increasing the pressure with a hand pump until it reaches 15-20psi. Last check the pressure gauge reading at this point. If the needle goes down, there may be a leak in the cooling system. Finally, use a pneumatic vacuum refiller to pump the cooling system using workshop air to create a vacuum, and then pump the coolant into the system
