Bolivian Rosewood grows in tropical South America, and is also known as Pau Ferro. Color can be highly varied, ranging from reddish/orange to a dark violet/brown, usually with contrasting darker black streaks. High oil content makes gluing sometimes difficult. Use sealer to close the pores when finishing.
