Description

A counted cross stitch pattern of a very simple and appealing view of Mount Fuji on a crisp clear day. The blue sky is full of small puffy white clouds. The lower slopes of the mountain, seen from a great distance, are covered with pines, while remnants of the winters snow remain in the cracks near the summit. This woodblock print, also known as "Red Fuji", is part of Hokusais series "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji". (Ukiyo-e, 1831) This pattern is solidly stitched. Any color fabric may be used.
