The voltage can be easily switched to 220 volts. 1) Set the voltage adjustment switch on the back of the 2hp pool pump. 2)Cut the power plug off with a wire cutter and find white, black, and green wires. 3)Black and white are both fire wires. Green wire is ground wire. Hook up black wire to one leg and white wire to the other leg of the 220-volt circuit. 4)Wrap each wire joint carefully.
