Compared to the single burner or the double burner in one side, the flame would be more evenly distributed. The output of each burner is 100,000 BTU. Fast melting can save 50% of the time and 20% of the gas cost. Bell burner head which is connected through threads, easy to replace. (Attention: It does not work with BBQ low pressure gas tank fitting, and home natrual gas.)

Adjustable High Pressure Gas Regulator
Professional foundry accessories equipped
- Input QCC type, output 5/8", connect to American standard Propane Tank directly.
- The maximum output can reach up to 30PSI (CSA). You could adjust the pressure with the regulator.
- Fit with a propane gas bottle/tank ( like 20,30 or 50 LB )
Maximum Operating Temperature: 2642°F/1450°C
Melting Metals: Brass, Gold, Silver, Copper, Aluminum, Zinc, Tin and other metals with melting points below 2372℉(1300℃).
Usually do not use melt iron or steel, but you could use the furnace to forge steel.

Large Smelting Furnace with Large Crucibles
1. Large capacity, could contain 6KG to 16KG crucibles.
- Furnace Body Size: 12" diameter x 15" height (30 x 37cm)
- Inner Size: 8" diameter x 10"Height (20 x 24cm)
2. Large Crucibles include:
- 10kg crucible: 6.1(diameter) x 6.5(height)(15.5x16.5cm). Melt 10kg copper or 2.9kg aluminum or 11.5kg silver or 21.5kg gold
- 6kg crucible: 4.7 x 5.8. It can melt 6kg brass or 1.8kg aluminum or 7kg silver
Double Burner Smelting Furnace
- LSMIITTH designed with double forge burners on both sides of furnace. Flame evenly distubuted and heat fast.
- Each output is 100,000 BTU, save gas and time.
The burner head is connected by thread, which could be replaced directly if it were damaged during long time smelting.

Connect the Forge Burner to the Melting Furnace
1. Put the coupler (the bell shape flame outlet) inside the hole
2. Slide the steel pipe through the hole
3. Screw into the coupler by thread
- Use the ceramic insulation to seal the gap between burner and furnace, which could prevent the fire splash
- Pull the burner outward after the burner installed, keep the burner head immersed in the caremic insulation, which could protect the burner head and ensure the crucible can be placed in the furnace properly.
Forge Burner Output is 100,000 BTU
This forge can be used for knife making, blacksmithing, glass making or anything else you can think of that requires heating up stuff to a really hot temperature.
