Burner Assembly Replacement Steps:
1. Turn OFF power to the refrigerator. Close the LP gas tank valve. Close the combination gas control valve manual shut- off.
2. Remove the drip cup. Remove the burner box cover.
3. Use two wrenches to loosen the flare nut connecting the gas tube to the burner assembly.
4. Remove the burner assembly retaining screw.
5. Remove the burner assembly from the burner box frame.
6. Install the new burner assembly. Do not overtighten the retaining screws of the burner assembly.
7. Connect the gas tube to the burner assembly, first tighten the flare nut by hand, then finish tightening using two wrenches.
8. Install the burner box cover and drip cup. Do not overtighten the retaining screw.
9. Open the LP gas tank valve. Open the solenoid gas valve manual shut- off.
10. Turn ON the refrigerator and select LP manual mode operation.
11. Leak test LP gas connections during the 30 second trial-for-ignition.
