Feature(may vary by option.)

●For general purpose, high speed welding of carbon and low alloy steels
●Easy to use, stable arc, low spatter, excellent restrike capability and a smooth weld bead with fine ripples are all characteristics of this electrode
●Designed to be used for many of the same applications as 6013, but with much greater deposition efficiency as a result of iron powder in the flux and being able to run at higher amperage settings
●Can be used on small AC machines as well as DC units, Single or multiple-pass applications and in all positions including vertical-down and overhead
●Used for “tack” or “contact” welding sheet metal or galvanized, rusty or dirty steels, ornamental iron, mobile home frames, automobiles and railcars, structural steel buildings, storage tanks and machine parts

Description

STARTECHWELD is proud to offer a quality welding electrode to meet your welding need. With its iron powder, rutile type composition, this electrode is designed to operate at higher speeds with greater deposition efficiency than traditional 6012 or 6013 electrodes. This electrode offers a stable arc, flat smooth bead appearance, and easy slag removability, making it an ideal choice for all position, single-pass, and multi-layer welding applications. It is compatible with both AC and DC welding machines and can be used with either straight or reverse polarity.

At STARTECHWELD, we are committed to offering only the highest quality welding products, and our 7014 welding electrode is no exception. Made from quality carbon steel with titanium iron powder, this electrode is built to last, providing durability and strength in the welding process. Each package of our 1/8" welding rods contains 10lbs of electrodes and is vacuum-sealed to ensure product freshness and longevity.

The 7014 welding electrode is an all-purpose electrode used wherever the welding efficiency of 6012 or 6013 is not acceptable. This versatile electrode is ideal for welding ship structures, bridges, structural steel for buildings, sheet metal, ornamental iron, auto bodies and fenders, machine parts, storage tanks, and more. It is ANSI/AWS A5.1 & ASME SFA 5.1 E7014 compliant, making it a reliable and safe choice for your welding needs.
