What should be aware of before using it for the first time?

Before first use, rinse the water bladder a few times, then fill it with warm water, add a drop of bleach or lemon juice and baking soda and leave it for 24 hours.

What to do with the kinked drinking tube？

If the drinking tube is kinked and stops the water flow. This is easily fixed by submerging the tube in boiling water for 15 seconds.

Can the water Reservoir hold any other drinks?

We do not suggest putting any carbonated beverages such as coke, soda or juice, tea, beer etc. It may leak due to the pressure. In addition, it is not recommended to pack any hot drinks, between -20°C and 50°C at best.
