So much is required when a remote is lost or broken. First, one must find the original remotes model number. Second, one needs to search for a replacement which means looking through hundreds of remotes and reading listing to figure out if the remote will be compatible with one’s TV. These days no one has the time for such a daunting task. That is why Gvirtue designed this preprogrammed universal remote, all one needs to know is the brand of their TV. Learning Function:
1. Press and hold the [Mute] key firstly, then long press [VOL-] about 5 seconds, the LED will be lit. Release the two keys. It is ready to learn.
2. Piont the original remote control to SH-13. The distance should be within 3-5cm.
3. Press any key of the original remote control, the indicate on SH-13 remote control will flash after receive information, release it. Then press the key on SH-13 remote control, indicator light flashes twice and keep. Please repeat Step.3 to continue learning other function keys.
4. After learning all the keys, please press and hold the [Mute] key firstly, then press [VOL-], the LED will be off. The learning will be saved.
Note: During the learning process, if no key is pressed in 25 seconds the learning state will be exited without saving.
