If the slot car does not run properly on the track, check the following:

(1) Check that the tracks is closely connected?

(2) Check that the brushes at the bottom of the slot car are straightened? Is the angle correct?

(3) Are the cars placed on the track in running direction?

(4) Check if the brush at the bottom of the slot car is in full contact with the track?

Is the slot car driving traveling too fast and off the track, especially when turning?

(5) Check if the surface of the track is clean? Are there obstacles such as dust?

(6) Check that the tracks brackets are properly positioned? Is the number of stand posts correct?

(7) Check if the remote control plug is loose?

(8) Check the control box, see if the generator controls the lane with car on it.

(9) Check that the track pieces and fittings received are complete? Are the track pieces broken?

Tips for customers:

• Check the track, vehicles, and parts periodically for damage. Defective parts should be repaired or replaced.
• It is not recommended to set the track up on carpet floors. Prone to static electricity.
• Regularly clean the track surface to remove dust and debris. Use a soft brush or small vacuum cleaner to keep the track clean.
• Before cleaning or servicing the track, always unplug the hand controller from the tracks. Never use cleaning agents or water.
• When the track is not in use, protect it from dust and keep it dry, ideally storing it in its original box.
• Check them regularly as contact cars brushes being badly adjusted or dirty affect road performance.
• The cars left and right brushes should not touch together, forming a short circuit. The car will not drive.
• Ensure the tires on your slot cars are clean and in good condition. Worn or dirty tires make it more challenging for the cars to stay on the track.
• Check the slot car is placed on the track in the direction of operation and make sure that the track is correct and tightly connected.
• Avoid excessive speed, especially when navigating turns. Adjust the speed using the controller to maintain control over the car.
• Don’t lock or hold the cars while the engine is on. This may lead to overheating and engine breakdown.
• Be careful to make sure there is adult to control when connect the power.
• Ensure the power supply and controller are working properly. Check for loose connections and ensure the power source is providing a stable voltage.
• During longer interruptions in play, it is recommended to unplug the power supply.
• The set has been designed for indoor use only. Keep liquid substances away from all electrical connections.
