Q:Why does the paper have a smell?

A:This is the smell of the backing adhesive. You can take the paper out of the package and place them in a well-ventilated and dry space for a few days.

Q: Why does the ink smear and never dry on the Glossy sticker paper?

A: Please check your printer ink. The glossy sticker paper is compatible with Dye Ink. Some pigment ink may not hold well.

Please note that the C, M, Y color ink of some brand is dye ink while their black ink is pigment ink. So you will find only the black ink smear.

If so, try printing with Paper Type set to Photo Paper.

Q: Paper Jamming Issue.

A: Try feeding one sheet at a time. And do not separate the sticker paper with the backing sheet before printing.
