Step 1. Install the new compression Piston Ring on the top of the Connecting Rod. |
Step 2. Insert the Connecting Rod and Cylinder Sleeve into the pump. |
Step 3. Install the new O-Ring Seal on the upper valve plate. |

Step 4. Install the new O-Ring Seal on the lower valve plate. |
Step 5. Place the valve plate on the pump. |
Step 6. Place the pump head over the valve plate and tighten. |
