With the exception of children with ADHD and autism who do not regulate their emotions, toddlers and preschoolers often have little or no regulation of their emotions. So its important to have a tool that teaches them to identify emotions and feelings and teaches them ways to manage them.
Our Feelings Pocket Chart includes happy, shy, angry, sad, embarrassed, grumpy, jealous, etc., and what I can do when I feel them. Counselors, teachers, and parents can use our feeling cards to teach children to identify their own feelings and emotions, let them learn to express their feelings and emotions, and learn to deal with their own feelings and emotions through coping cards. Let children learn to recognize the feelings and emotions of others, so as to develop childrens social skills.
