TSG - Kneeguard Chamber

The Kneeguard Chamber is a super light, pre-shaped pad that sets new standards in comfort, ventilation, and protection. The Kneeguard Chamber features a perforated light neoprene/mesh pull-on body for max ventilation. The back of knee features a spandex lined opening for comfort and flexibility. Integrated into this sleeve is an extremely flexible, shock-absorbent and perforated PGF knee pad, which allows for a slimmer profile with no loss of protection and for additional ventilation. We have tagged this ingenious and comprehensive ventilation concept Air Stream Design. Additionally, lateral pads and a pad above the knee provide added protection. To keep the pad in place it was equipped with a layer of non-slip NBR top and non-slip silicone bottom and 360 Velcro strap.

WHY WE MADE IT

• We use a very flexible PGF (Protective Gel Foam) protective foam that moulds perfectly to the joint.
• Step by step, we have adjusted the pre-formed shape so that no material is protruding at the knee to find the perfect fit without slipping.
• Additional padding above the PGF foam gives extra protection and mimics our anti-slip TSG Horseshoe Shape.
• The PGF foam is perforated, allowing an extreme amount of air to pass through. Together with our Air Stream neoprene, which is also extremely air permeable, the Chamber is our best ventilated knee pad in the line.
• Extra protection with side padding
• Sewn-in non-slip NBR on the upper inside and silicone strips to further improve grip
