Step 1

  • Open the sealing plug and connect the connector to the device.

Step 2

  • Press the handle up and down, the hydraulic pump starts to work.

Step 3

  • Adjust by observing the pressure gauge or personal experience (Note: This item doesnt include the gague)

Step 4

  • After use, turn the oil return valve counterclockwise to quickly deflate (Note: please close the sealing cap in time after use to prevent oil leakage).

PRECAUTION

  • Due to the long transportation journey, it is NORMAL for hydraulic products to leak slightly. Please tighten the sealing plug when you are not using the hydraulic pump, and seal the joint with a small bag and rubber band to avoid oil leakage.
  • It is NORMAL for hydraulic tools to leak oil after a long period of use, which can be solved by replacing the sealing ring.
  • This hydraulic pump is shipped with hydraulic oil.
