INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: There are multiple methods you can use to sharpen your tools. Here is one for you! 1) For the best results; apply honing solution, sharpening oil, water, or some type of appropriate sharpening stone lubricant on the side of the puck you plan to use. This makes sharpening more efficient and helps your puck last longer. 2) With work gloves on, firmly grasp the head of your hatchet for sharpening. This will reduce risk of injury and give you a good view of the blade while you work. 3) Look down at your blade and angle the puck to match the bevel of your hatchet. Keep this angle while sharpening. 4) Firmly grip the puck in your other hand and use small overlapping circles as you progress along the edge. Count how many passes you make on one side and repeat the same number of passes on the other side. CAUTION: Using hand tools can be dangerous. Always wear ANSI approved protective clothing when using this tool. Use only for its intended purpose. Do not use tool if damaged. Keep away from children. This is not a toy. Everyday Survivor?
