Fuel nozzle fault performance:

How to judge the injector is clogged or damaged?

  • Engine noise is getting bigger, especially in low gear and below 2500 rpm
  • The throttle response is not sensitive, the acceleration is not smooth, and the throttle will have obvious hysteresis.
  • The idling range is small, especially when starting, the jitter is obvious, and it is not easy to eliminate. The 1st and 2nd gears have a slight lack of cylinder feel.
  • Engine fault light is on

Cleaning by "slinging bottle"

Cleaning with a non-removal cleaning machine, cleaning the carbon in the cylinder with a cleaning agent instead of oil burning,then it is discharged through the discharge system.

Advanced ultrasonic cleaning. Need to remove the injector, you can use ultrasonic to detect whether the injector has atomization, response, switch sensitivity, oil leakage, etc. However, the pinhole of the spool is not easily cleaned because the solenoid valve of the injector does not move during the cleaning process.

If the injector is really damaged or there is a serious oil leak, it will need to be replaced with a new one.
