1) Using a measuring tape or a piece of string, record the circumference of your head starting in the middle of your forehead and going around your head approximately 1 cm above your ears.
2) Use this measurement and compare it to our size guide.
Once you have your head diameter, compare it to the sizes available and you are good to go.
