●【Tungsten Carbide Material】 Carbide burs are made of tungsten. Due to the extreme hardness of the Tungsten Carbide they can be used on much more demanding jobs than HSS (High Speed Steel). They maintain sharper cutting edges for longer periods of time due, and tolerate higher temperatures without warping when you apply friction. ●【1/4 Shank Carbide But Set】 The shank is the mount of your burr that fits into your rotary tool, micro motor or die grinder etc. The 6mm or 1/4" shank rotary tool is more stable than 3mm or 1/8" shank rotary cutting bits. This grinder bit set is 6x6mm, which is 1/4 (6mm) shank and 1/4 (6mm) cutting edge. ●【Widely Application】 Carbide burs are tools that are used for precision in grinding, cutting, welding, jewellery making, wood carving, shaping, model engineering, cylinder head porting and sculpting. Additionally, they are used for deburring, where burrs, excess materials, sharp edges, and weld beads are removed. ●【What Do You Use Carbide Burrs In】 You can use carbide burrs in many industrial tools, such as micro motors, air tools (e.g., die grinders), flexible shafts, and pendant drills, high speed engravers, pneumatic rotary tools and hobby rotary tools. ●【How to Use】 The speed of the rotary tool or die grinder is depended on the material you are using it on. Its ideal to start the milling slow and gradually increased. Normally, the best RPM for 1/4 shank carbide burr is 11,000-16,500. and please dont exceed the speed of 35,000 RPM.

Description
aTourer Tungsten Carbide Burr Set Rotary File 1/4 Shank
These 1/4 Carbide Burs (burrs) come in a variety of shapes and sizes, each of which can be used for different purposes:
Arch ball/pointed nose ? engraving, texturing, increasing hole size
Ball ? concave cuts, hollowing, shaping, carving. Useful for wood, stone, metal engraving.
Ball nose cone ? rounding edges, surface finishing, tight spaces, and angles.
Carbide Ball nose cylinder ? contour finishing
Ball nose tree (also known as tapered) ? concave cuts and rounding edges
Cone ? rounding edges, surface finishing, tight spaces, hard to reach areas.
Cylindrical ? contour finishing and right-angled corners
Cylindrical end cut ? contour finishing Carbide Cylindrical no end cut ? contour finishing
Flame ? channel work and shaping
Inverted cone ? v-cuts and rear-side chamfering
Oval ? die grinding and engraving
Pointed tree ? concave cuts, rounding edges, access to hard-to-reach areas, and acute angles.
Rounded tree ? concave cuts and rounding edges
Comprehensive
The tungsten carbide rotary file can be widely used in steel machinery, aviation, automobile, shipbuilding, chemical industry, sculpture and other industries. And the cutting tools can be used on Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Carbon fiber, Cast iron, Ceramics, Copper, Fiberglass, Gold, Hard rubber, Plastic, Platinum, Silver, Steel, Stone, Titanium, Wood, Zinc etc.
Precautions
The rasp set will work with most small rotary tools such as electric drill. The tool needs to be clamped upright (use a wrench to tighten it). Make sure to wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves and protective eye-wear while using carbide burr fitted rotary tools.
