- Q: How long does it suport at 4K 60Hz?
- A: Yinker HDMI KVM Switch 2 Port even supports resolution at 4K 60Hz when using a 10ft KVM cable. The switching gap is about 4~6 seconds due to HDMI 2.0 algorithm(signal amplifier). A bit longer but with better picture quality.
- Q: Is this cable 2-in-1 at both ends?
- A: Yes, Yinker HDMI KVM switch comes with 2-in-1 integrated KVM cable. One end is HDMI & USB A pigtail, the other end is HDMI & USB B pigtail. Combined cables can minimize cable mess and prevent wires-loosing.
- Q: My PC is not HDMI interface, will it work when I use an adapter for HDMI?
- A: Yes it will work, but for DP to HDMI, it might work for 4K 30hz, while VGA to HDMI, 1080P @60hz. Also please plug the USB-A into computer.
- Q: Why does the KVM Switch HDMI 2 Port is buit with a power supply port?
- A: Mostly the USB C port is not required. But when its over-loaded, please plug the USB C cable for power supply (AC adapter not included), like no video source, flickers
Note: Normally the switching is about 4~6 seconds, but the switching time varies for different versions of the computers. It takes longer for the devices of the elder version to read data information.
