Use of diamond files.
Extend service life by following these rules
1. Do not file the oxide layer of the workpiece with a file. The hardness of the oxide layer is large and it is easy to damage the file teeth. The oxide layer can be ground with a grinding wheel or removed with a chisel.
2. Use one side of the new file first, grind that side, and then use the other side. ,
3. When filing, it should be polished along the direction, do not rub back and forth, to avoid excessive wear that affects the emery, and the service life is reduced
4. When using the file, the speed should not be too fast, otherwise it will be easy to wear prematurely. The best frequency of the file is 40 times/min, and the length of the file is 2/3 of the total length of the file tooth surface.
5. When storing files, do not collide and stack them together: The temperature of the storage place should not be too high, and it is required to keep dry and ventilated.
