Feature(may vary by option.)

●Spiral Bit: Shank diameter: 3.175mm / 1/8"; cutting diameter: 2mm / 0.079"; cutting edge length: 8mm / 0.315"; overall length: 38mm / 1-1/2". Used for most standard milling applications.
●Wide Applications: Suitable for engraving, cutting, carving, milling, slotting, sculpturing in MDF, ABS, PVC, acrylic, nylon, plastic, wood, plywood, hardwood etc. Good for surface machining, 2D or 3D relief sculpturing.
●Spiral and Sharp Flute: Spiral chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. Sharp cutting edge provides smooth cutting and no glitches.
●Carbide Materials: Made of solid carbide (tungsten steel), high hardness, wear resistance, good toughness and heat resistance. Provide good cutting strength and drilling effect to improve efficiency.
●Upcut Design: Upcut end mills can direct chips up and away from the milling area, leaving an unobstructed path to prevent tool breakage and extends the tool life.

Carbide End Mill Cutter

Made of solid carbide (tungsten steel), high hardness, wear resistance, good toughness and heat resistance. Provide good cutting strength and drilling effect to improve efficiency.

Spiral and Sharp Flute

Spiral chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. Sharp cutting edge provides smooth cutting and no glitches.

Upcut Design

Upcut end mills can direct chips up and away from the milling area, leaving an unobstructed path to prevent tool breakage and extends the tool life.

Features

  • Carbide can run at higher speed than high-speed steel.
  • Designed with the base substrate without any coatings, suitable for wide ranges of applications.
  • Different spiral end mills are available to meet your needs.

Wide Applications

Suitable for engraving, cutting, carving, milling, slotting, sculpturing in MDF, ABS, PVC, acrylic, nylon, plastic, wood, plywood, hardwood etc. Good for surface machining, 2D or 3D relief sculpturing. Use on milling and engraving machines. Use vertically and take good control of your CNC speed.

Tips

The milling tools are too tiny, so it is very fragile for handling. The longer the length of the tool clamped by the chuck, the better. If the clamping length is shorter, you need to lower the feed rate and cutting speed to reduce vibration and extend the tool life.

Adopts spray and air jet cooling to improve the use effect of the milling cutter. Combined with the material to be processed, select an appropriate feed rate and cutting speed to improve the tool life and obtain better processing accuracy and performance.
