OvisLink Binaural Headset with Noise Canceling microphone for Call Center. Headset model OVHS084-AVY, compatible with most Avaya desk phone models, (except 1600 series, 9600 series). It comes with a RJ9 Quick Disconnect cord that directly connect the headset to Avaya IP desktop phones headset jack. (* RJ9 connector looks like the RJ11 telephone cord connector.) The OVHS084-AVY Call Center Headset comes with two speakers on user’s both ears, a RJ9 Quick Disconnect cord that directly connect the headset to Avaya IP desktop phones headset jack. (* RJ9 connector looks like the RJ11 telephone cord connector.) No need additional adapter. OvisLink headset’s is tangle-free.

OvisLink call center headset is easy to us. Just simple connect the headset to the compatible Avaya phone’s Headset Jack (marked with “headset” or headset icon), press the headset button on the telephone keypad, you should hear dial tone from the headset speakers. To disconnect a call, press the headset button again. Headset volume, mute and all other functions are controlled by the corresponding buttons on the phones keypad.
