Description

Fabric Tube Turners Set Instructions:
1. Stitch fabric tube; trim seams.
2. Select appropriate size cylinder. Slide cylinder into fabric tube until it is at sewn end (A).
3.With round end of corresponding rod (either end of metarod), push fabric end into the cylinder while sliding fabric tube over cylinder. Tip: if tube will be pressed flat, spread seam allowances open as tube slides into cylinder. Continueuntil turned tube end comes out of the cylinder (B).Tip: It may be necessary to gather up fabric tube on cylinder to see turned end.
4.Pull on fabric end until entire tube comes out of the cylinder(C). Rod will remain in the fabric tube.
5. Use rod to push out corners. If necessary, turn around rod and use pointed end in corners. Remove rod when finished.
Ball Point Bodkin Instructions:
Bias Tubing
1. lnsert ball point of bodkin in closed end of tubing.
2.Push bodkin through center of tubing, gradually turning tubing to inside.
3. Remove bodkin after tube is completely turned.
Elastic
1. Insert elastic into eye of bodkin.
2. Slide bodkin (ball point end first) through casing; stitch ends of elastic to secure.
Ribbon weaving
1. Insert elastic into eye of bodkin.
2. Use ball point weave ribbon through trim or eyelets.
