Steps for Replacing Filter Element

Step 1

Pull down on the Drain Button and Rotate It to the Left to Remove the Filter Cup.

Step 2

Use a Screwdriver to Remove the Old Filter Element for Replacement.

Step 3

Install the New Filter Element and Tighten with a Screwdriver.

Step 4

Install the Filter Cup and Protective Housing Back into Place.

About Drainage: when There is No Air Pressure, the Water in the Filter Cup Will Be Automatically Discharged;when There is Air Pressure, Please Manually Push the Drainage Needle Under the Filter Cup Up, and the Water Will Be Discharged.The Regulating Hand Wheel Is Locked When Pressed In. If It Is Difficult To Lock, Please Rotate Left And Right Slightly Before Pressing.
Before Installing the Fittings, Please Wrap the Teflon Tape Around the Fititings to Avoid Air Leakage.
Before Installing the Filter, Please Pay Attention to Cleaning the Threaded Ports and Accessories of the Filter to Ensure That No Impurities Enter the Air System.
There May Be Leakage During the First Installation (the Internal Pressure is Different from the External Pressure at the Beginning, and Excess Pressure Will Be Discharged, Please Wait Patiently, After Exhausting Excess Air, No Leakage Will Occur)
