Our Newbury South Street is an exclusive leather developed specifically for Buckleguy. It is a hot stuffed pull up leather with a smooth grain, and perhaps the most popular in the Newbury line of tannages. A key characteristic of this leather is that it has minimal bounce back, AKA form-fitting, meaning that when you scrunch or bend the leather it holds, making it ideal for accessory making, bags, boots, gloves, and more. Buckleguy altered the original tannage by adding a propriety wax/oil combination. This special formula adds a luxurious texture to the flesh side and surface and provides a natural oil to the leather protecting it from drying out.
