360 (motor) gear pump, It can self-priming, powerful power

The characteristic of the gear pump is that the flow rate is not large, However, the water pressure is high.

The plastic jacket at the water inlet can be removed,

Inside is a steel needle tube,

The normal wiring method of this pump:

The terminal with red dot is connected to the positive pole of the power supply,

The terminal without red dot is connected to the negative pole of the power supply,

Then, the wiring is such that the side with the needle is the water inlet,

The side nozzle is the water outlet.

But the gear pump has a characteristic,

The motor can be reversed,

Is to connect the terminal with red dot to the negative pole of the power supply,

The terminal without red dot is connected to the positive pole of the power supply,

This will turn the motor in reverse,

At the same time, the functions of the inlet and outlet are switched over,

The original water inlet becomes the water outlet (the end with the needle),

The original water outlet becomes the water inlet (the side pipe mouth).

And the traffic after reverse connection has increased exponentially and become more powerful,

So if it is DIY,

We suggest that the reverse connection works better,

Of course, the working current of the motor is much larger.

Now test the parameters of the water pump according to the regular wiring method:

V: DC6V current: 2.7 A

V: DC12V current: 3.7 A (only suitable for short-time work)

Power on test machine,

Pumping flow at DC6V is ok,

The flow and pressure of pumping are better at DC12V,

But the current is too large,

Although the current shown is 3.7A,

But the power supply of 5A is lit red,

The motor is too easy to heat,
