Feature(may vary by option.)

●【Aluminum Stainless Steel Lighter Solder Wire】The solder wire offers lower temperature melting, pretty good flow, less smoke, reliable and nice soldering joint. It is easy and fast to be soldered, and reduces the thermal impact of welding on electronic components.During soldering, the high purity material helps to slow down oxidation, resulting in faster tin flow and minimal residual impurities.
●【multifunctional use】Stainless steel soldering tin wire better for weld some stainless steel nickel-plated and copper materials. It can be used at any time, any place, anywhere, even in a low temperature state, it can meet all your needs.
●【 Strong and Sturdy】Aluminum Stainless Steel Lighter Solder Wire specially designed for convenient welding, there is enough tin wire in one roll, the tin wire will not be tangled, and the internal rosin is evenly distributed to ensure good continuity, durable and long-lasting。
●【Low Melt Solder】 Rosin Cored Solder Wire contains flux and rosin core, which simplifies the soldering process and facilitates fast soldering.
●【Wide Range of Applications】used for welding wires or cables, repairing childrens toys, headphones, TVs, speakers, microphones, motherboards , SMB components, etc.

Description

Name: Aluminum Stainless Steel Lighter Solder Wire
Material: Tin-lead alloy
Wire Diameter:0.8" - 2.0"
Melting Point: 183 - 270°C
Feature:
1.Strong and durable, with good extensibility and thermal conductivity.
2. Made of safe and high-quality materials, green and fresh smell.
3. Easy to use and multi-purpose.
Use precautions:
1. Clean and polish the metal surface to ensure that the welding part is dry and clean without oil and oxidation.
2. Use an electric soldering iron of 60 watts or greater, and the welding temperature starts at 400 ° C, the larger the better.
3.First heat the part to be welded (the soldering iron head is first close to the preheated welding part for 5-10 seconds), and then at the same time quickly send tin until the solder joint is firmly welded, and the surface temperature of the welding part is also increased when the soldering iron head is preheated enough time, and the flux inside the tin wire is more easily catalyzed at high temperature, and the tin is fast and firm.
4. After use, seal the wire with hot melt adhesive or flatten the wire to avoid the appearance and use of the tin wire that may be affected by the flux flowing out after being placed for too long.
5. Start tinning welding, this process does not move the soldering iron head, fixed there to continue to heat the welding surface, so that the flux of the tin wire will destroy the metal layer of stainless steel and play a catalytic role, will eat tin.
6. Key point: It is not OK to melt the tin wire, do not move the soldering iron head halfway, the soldering iron head continues to heat the welding surface, the soldering wire should not be added at one time, intermittent tinning.
