HOW TO USE YOUR EXTREME SALMON SMOKER BOX
1.Put your favorite flavor wood chips into the smoker box.
2.Place smoker box directly on the charcoal. If using gas grill, place the smoker box on the top of the heat plates. Place the smoker box as close to the heat source as possible.We recommend turning your burners on the highest setting to get the smoker box hot enough to start producing smoke. It may take up to 10 minutes for the box to heat up depending on your grill.
3.Once the smoker box starts producing smoke, Adjust the cook burners to maintain a grill temperature between 225 °F and 300 °F.It will stay hot enough to continue producing smoke throughout the cooking process. Place your food on the grill and enjoy the delicious smoky flavor.
CLEANING TIPS
Heavy duty scouring pads are recommended for clean up.
HEAT WARNING
Smoker box will become hot during usage.Use BBQ or oven mitt when handing.
