How to use grill smoker box:
1. Add your favorite wood chip flavor.
We recommend using dry wood chips.
People often soak wood chips to prevent them from catching fire on the coal. In a smoking box, wet wood chips take longer to produce smoke.
2. Place the smoker box for gas grilling as close to the heat source as possible.
If you use a charcoal grill, place the smokers box directly on the coal. For gas grills, ideally you can place the smoke box for gas grill between the grate and the seasoning stick (or on a grid if it doesnt fit).
