Problems:
1. The light can flash, but the camera cant turn on.
2. The software cant be updated.
3. How to set the recording time?

Solutions:
1. Because the camera can not read the card, so the camera cant turn on. The reason for it cant read the card: it can only support for 2-32GB card and the camera can not recognize the card because of the card quality.
2. No need to update the software.
3. This product program is set for 3 minutes; it cannot be modified by itself.

Note:The product needs to be inserted into the memory card before use, otherwise it cannot be turned on normally.
