●Shatter resistant, easy to cut, drill, bend, and thermoform. Use simple tools like snips or hacksaws to cut and standard drill bits without cracking or fracturing. Simple to bend with a heat gun, may also be cold-bendable. Thermoformable, often used for vacuum molding.
●This polycarbonate plastic sheet is manufactured from 100% virgin, brand-name polycarbonate PC resin. This means you get the same high quality clear plastic sheet you expect with the exclusive EasyRuler film you cant find anywhere else. This polycarbonate sheet is UV stabilized, making it suitable for general-purpose applications with moderate sunlight exposure. For significant direct sun exposure over extended periods, UV coated sheets are recommended.
●Exact size sheet is precisely 36x36", unlike other nominal sheets that can be up to 1/4" smaller than specified. Includes a single accurately square & straight cut sheet of 3/16" (0.177 inch, approx 4.5mm) thick Polycarbonate. 3 foot by 3 feet, 3/16 inch (0.177 inches) thick.

Easy to Cut
- Polycarbonate plastic is easy to cut and comes with EasyRuler film to make following lines easier.
- Can be cut with saws such as a hack saw, circular saw, table saw, or jigsaw if equipped with a suitable blade. You can also use tin snips for 1/32" and 1/16" sheets, or CNC machines
Drill with Ease
- Polycarbonate sheets are easy to drill. Use the crossing lines to space out holes with ease in these clear plastic sheets or tinted plastic sheets.
- Unlike plexiglass or acrylic, polycarb panels can be drilled without cracking or shattering.
Bend or Thermoform
- Polycarbonate is easy to bend with heat. Thin plastic sheets can be cold bent too.
- Polycarbonate can be formed into different shapes with just a typical hand held heat gun.
- These PC sheets are often used for vacuum forming or thermoforming too.
Make Circles with Ease
- EasyRuler film makes shapes easy to follow and keeps the plastic surface clean until you are ready to peel.
- Mark your work the protective film, make the cuts and peel to reveal a protected and pristine surface.
