●Thermoformed ABS plastic sheet has excellent tensile strength and impact resistance, it is easier to form and flexible than acrylic sheets. Easy to cut and heat, making it an ideal material for most thermoform applications.
●KAITELA moldable plastic sheets can be easily handled with table saw, jigsaw, scroll saw, hacksaw, scoring knife, and drills. Bend and mold by heating to 93°C (~200°F) with a heat gun.
●Moldable ABS plastic panel can be well used for DIY projects, hand craft, scabbard, switch panels, workbench, architectural models, robotics competitions, car dashboard, repair, amp surface, and audio frame.
●Sized at 18 x 24 inches with 1/8 inch thick (0.118" / 3mm nominal, tolerance +/- 0.03mm), textured front and smooth back.

About ABS Plastic Sheets:
- ABS sheet is an emerging material in the plastic sheet industry, it is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene, its full name is Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene. ABS is a widely used polymer, it organically unifies the various properties of PB, PAN, and PS, and has excellent mechanical properties of toughness, rigidity, and stiffness in balance.
- ABS plastic is a tough, rigid thermoplastic material with high impact strength. It is easily machined and ideal for turning, drilling, milling, sawing, die-cutting, and shearing.
- ABS sheets are heat resistant and impact resistant even at low temperatures and has high chemical and abrasion resistance as well as good dimensional stability. It can be adhered to itself and other like plastics using weld-on adhesives.
